California is making changes to the way in which it prosecutes rape and child-molestation cases, and it’s partially due to Bill Cosby’s drugging and rape allegations. On Wednesday, California Gov. Connie Leyva. (theroot.com – Yesha Callahan) Click here to read the complete story.
