Detroit — A judge ruled Thursday he will allow testimony in Charles Pugh’s criminal sexual conduct trial from men who say the former Detroit City Council president made advances toward them.

Third Circuit Court Judge Thomas Cameron said the testimony by the men, who say they were teens when the alleged incidents took place, might show a common plan or scheme to target “youthful-looking” males. (detnews.com – Oralander Brand- Williams) Click here to read the full story!
