After serving fourteen years as a judge in Wayne County, Wade Harper McCree joined the faculty of Wayne County Community College and the on-air family of radio personalities at Superstation 910.

Prior to becoming a judge, Mr. McCree was a trial lawyer with Lewis and Munday, the largest minority owned law firm in the State of Michigan.
Mr. McCree is a graduate of Cass Technical High School, The University of Michigan, and Stanford Law School. In addition to serving as a director on the boards of several community organizations, Mr. McCree is a devoted supporter of the State of Michigan’s Wade H. McCree, Jr. Incentive Scholarship, name after Mr. McCree’s father.

An avid runner, Mr. McCree has completed the Free Press International Marathon on three occasions and is an active participant in several races in the greater Detroit area. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, and in his spare time he enjoys playing bridge. Mr. McCree is married to the former LaVerne Siler, and is the proud father of a daughter and son.
