For a man who was just released from prison after being locked up for 28 years for crimes he says he didn’t commit, Bernard Young is surprisingly chill.

“I’m not mad at anyone,” the soft-spoken Detroit man said today during a press conference at his attorney’s office in Southfield. “I just want to live my life and be with my family, for the rest of the years I have to live.”

Young, 58, left the Lakeland Correctional Facility Wednesday, five days after a judge vacated his conviction and sentence on charges that he sexually assaulted two boys, ages 5 and 6, in 1989. ( – Ann Zaniewksi) Click here to read the complete story!
